ETI Corporation has provided Site Master Planning and Design for Bellevue Baptist Church on their 350-acre Campus in Cordova,
Tennessee since 1990. The goal of the Master Plan has been to provide the 25,000  member congregation with an attractive and functional site that provides both for current needs and future growth of the church. The on-going design
process has included the implementation of a multi-phase construction effort for the development of the Campus that incorporates new buildings, revised vehicular and pedestrian circulation, new parking lots, new
athletic fields, other recreational and site enhancements, and future land use planning.
ETI Corporation has provided planning and design drawings for the site improvements associated with the Grace Building, the church's indoor recreation building, both the
new Fellowship Building and the Pre-School Buildings, and for several expansion projects of the church's parking lots. Additionally we have designed improvements to the internal road system, signalization at
Appling Road, and currently are designing a new 16 field athletic complex to be located on the church's property just south of Fletcher Creek. This
complex will include ten ballfields and six soccer fields, along with required parking and walkway system.
