ETI Corporation assisted in the Master Planning, Design, and Construction Observation of the 18-hole Hale Irwin Signature Golf Course in Tunica County, Mississippi located on the Grand Casino Resorts property. The golf course is comprised of over 7,000 yards and is a par 72. It was designed with a Scottish theme including rolling fairways, three lakes and a landscaped cart path. Over half of the holes border water and there are 80 sand traps. The golf course was fully sodded with a variety of grasses including Crenshaw bent grass for the greens, Bermuda grass for the tees and rough, and Zoysia grass for the fairways.

The primary elements of ETI's role in the Project was the preparation of grading and drainage designs, 3 dimensional computer terrain modeling to illustrate effects, aesthetics, and views from the holes and tee boxes to minimize earthwork, coordinate layout plans for all of the elements on the course, design of the sanitary sewer conveyance system from the various facilities, design of irrigation supply and major distribution lines, design of circulation systems and ancillary equipment to control lake water quality, and design of site improvements for the maintenance facilities including nurseries and arboretum.
