ETI Corporation performed land planning, engineering and landscape architectural services for The Vineyards, an upscale apartment community on Wolf River Boulevard.
Services included master planning, preliminary grading, drainage and utility plans, and coordinating the site electrical plan and the wetland survey.The 29-acre, 200-unit project, located on Wolf River Boulevard and Riverdale Road in Germantown, Tennessee was designed and constructed in one phase. ETI prepared the preliminary and final plans for the Germantown Planning Commission and Design Review Committee approval and prepared final construction documents for the site including detailed layout plans, grading and drainage plans, sewer plans and profiles and specifications. Additionally, ETI attended numerous meetings with the surrounding neighbors so their comments and concerns would be heard and addressed throughout the design process. One of the most interesting features of this apartment complex is some apartments have a built-in garage with direct access to the apartment from the garage. Not only does this provide an added measure of security, but it also reduces the number of parking spaces required. The apartment complex also includes a clubhouse with a large exercise room, heated swimming pool, large screen television viewing area, lounge area, and offices.
